The Clouded Skipper (Lerema accius) is a butterfly species belonging to the family Hesperiidae, commonly known as skippers. It is primarily found in the southeastern United States, the Caribbean, and parts of Central America.
The upper side of the wings is dark brown, with distinctive lighter brown or tan spots and markings.
The underside is generally paler, often showing a soft grayish-brown or mottled appearance, aiding in camouflage.
