Rhinella horribilis is a species of toad native to the tropical and subtropical regions of South and Central America. It inhabits humid lowland rainforests .This species is omnivorous and feeds on insects, worms, spiders, small vertebrates, and fruits. It has a distinctive appearance, with its rough, bumpy skin, and long hind legs. Mating usually occurs during the rainy season.
